Gift cards are valid in all of our stores, restaurants and cafes!
Gävle City gift cards can be purchased through:
Gallerian Nian (Drottninggatan 9) - Gift card terminal
Flanör (Nygatan 21) - Gift card terminal
Businesses and the Gävle municipality can place orders for gift cards directly. Place Business Orders here
The Gift card terminals accept most credit cards and can be charged with any amount between 100 - 5000 kr.
You will receive the gift card directly from the gift card terminal.
The Gävle City gift card is valid in all our stores and restaurants in Gallerian Nian.
* Gift cards are not valid at Systembolaget.

If you don't live in Gävle but still want to give a gift card to someone who does, then it's possible to purchase gift cards online at Gävle City's online store.
How can i check the balance on my gift card?
- Balances can be seen in a gift card terminal. See the Store Directory/Map to find the gift card terminal in Gallerian Nian.
- Scan the QR code on the back of the gift card.
- Call customer service at 08-22 50 30.
